In order to process your application, we require the following:
- Government Issued Photo Identification for every member 18 years or older
- Social Security card for all members of household
- Birth Certificates for all members of household
Please upload copies of these documents for each household member via the applicant portal once you've completed your application and submitted it.
You will also receive an email that contains a release form for a background check to be conducted as well as a HUD form 9886 Release of Information. These forms can be signed electronically. Please sign these forms and upload the required documentation as soon as possible to prevent delays in the processing of your application.

HA has instituted a smoke-free policy. This policy prohibits the use of tobacco products in all living units, indoor common areas, administrative offices, maintenance and community buildings, and all outdoor areas within 25 feet of housing and administrative buildings.
